MOT is an annual assessment of vehicles older than 3 years. MOT stands for Ministry of Transport, which designed this test to determine the vehicle's roadworthiness. All vehicle owners must have a MOT Pass (VT20) certificate if their vehicle has completed 3 years from the date of registration to drive legally.
