RCRT has vast experience in flat roofing repair. We will work closely with the customer on a free callout to diagnose the issue and suggest the best solution whether it be torch-on felt or a fiberglass solution. The main issues we see are caused by wear and tear on the flashing allowing the roof to leak and deteriorate. We also see sagging of the supporting timber allowing water to settle on the roof. Poor design, poor installation, and lack of maintenance can also cause a flat roof to decline more quickly.
