With their homemade recipes for “Lard Free” tamales and delicious salsas, they launched a street corner business. Over the years the business has grown from the familiar Tamale Cart into the present day incarnation of Texas Tamale Company. We now have over 100 products under several labels including our well-known Brazos Legends brand. Even though our tamales, Homestyle Chili and Chili Con Queso are no longer made “a la tamale cart”, we pride ourselves on maintaining gourmet-quality products.
