Description:
The Dutch company became active in the shoe business 10 years ago. They provide training and workshops to people that want to design and manufacture shoes. They also make samples and prototypes for shoe designers and manufacturers. On top of this they can make shoes to order. This can be one unique pair or a small series of shoes. A couple of years ago the entrepreneur decided to launch two own shoe brands.

The first shoe brand consists of shoes with wooden soles and heels. The shoes are made from a combination of fish leather and suede. The heels are firm, the lines elegant and timeless. The shoes complement each woman and are the finishing touch to every outfit.

For this shoe label they are now looking for a new supplier for the wooden soles and heels.

The second shoe label has shoes with an innovative new type of heel. The innovative heel system makes the heel a lot stronger and less vulnerable despite the height of the heels. And in case of damage to the heels it is much easier to repair or replace the heels.

For this innovative heel system the entrepreneur needs an insole that is very thin and strong. They are now looking for a new supplier for these insoles.

The potential partner should be experienced in manufacturing (parts of) shoes. If a potential partner can supply both parts (wooden soles and heels and firm insoles) then this is good, but it isn’t mandatory. The Dutch company is ok to work with two different suppliers as well.

The potential partner should be located in Southern or Eastern Europe.

The initial order will consist of around 300 pieces for the wooden soles and heels and 500 pieces for the firm insoles. The size of the batches will become larger over time when sales increase.

The Dutch company is interested in a long term collaboration, therefore they expect a good quality product for an honest price.

The company is interested in a manufacturing or subcontracting agreement.
