In Vivo - Centre for REBT training and Counseling Services

‘In Vivo’ was started in 2007 with the aim of making people aware – in their minds and in action – that they themselves have the ability and the power to make a ‘Proactive Choice’ to take control of and enhance the quality of their life. In Vivo- Mumbai Centre for REBT has been a training centre for REBT since 2009. Also, a Centre for Single-Session Therapy, co-founded by the director, Swati Khanolkar, along with a renowned CBT & REBT therapist Prof. Windy Dryden in 2020. The centre provides personal counseling sessions, conducting professional training in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Single-Session Therapy (SST), Workshops in REBT application based, counseling skills & techniques and self-help; and corporate mental health & professional skills development programs.
