Hong Kong Internet eXchange (HKIX) is initiated and coordinated by Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC) of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). HKIX is NOT a transit service provider; instead, it is a layer-two settlement-free multi-lateral Internet exchange point.
