Model No.: GVRP 150LB-36″*33″ is a high-performance reduced port gate valve with RF flanged ends, designed for durability and reliability in demanding applications. This valve features an OS&Y configuration, bolted bonnet, rising stem, and is operated by an electrical actuator. It is built to a 36″*30″ size with a Class 150 LB pressure rating, and its body and bonnet are made from ASTM A216 WCB, ensuring strength and resistance. The wedge is crafted from ASTM A216 WCB+13CR, while the seat is made from ASTM A105+13CR, and the stem is made of 13CR for optimal performance. With a face-to-face dimension of 711 mm, the valve adheres to API 600 standards, and its RF standard follows ASME B16.47. It undergoes rigorous sealing pressure tests at 22 BAR and shell pressure tests at 30 BAR. Designed according to ASME B16.34, GB 12234, and API 600, the valve features flanged ends meeting ASME B16.5 and GB 9113 standards, with butt-welding ends per ASME B16.25. This valve is engineered for precise control and dependable sealing in a range of industrial applications.
