What is the condition to make ozone for corona discharge?

It is "E" and than 〉 E(air), which has everything to do with voltage and electrode texture. According to E = KQ/R2 (K is the constant of electrostatic force, k = 9.0) × 10^9N.m^2/C^2), when E（electrostatic field）>E( air), O3 starts to be produced. O2=O2 + O(3P) + O(1D) + O+(4S0) + O+(1S0) + O-(2P0) + etc = O3 , please attention that the chemical equation is reversible.

What is the difference between with or without drying drum in air ozone generator?

1. Whether external air is oxygen or air, after drying drum, the air would be more dry, which means ozone output per hour is higher
2. Once drying drum inside, the portable ozone generator has better working condition, then life-span is longer.
