Heat map analysis (shopper-behavior insights) provides an overview of where consumers visit a store. The brighter the zone, the more consumers are engaged in that area. We call these zones ‘hotspots’.
By analyzing these hotspots, D’Art provides detailed confetti and overlay reports to its clients to map out the consumer behavior in their store. By these reports, we suggest where to fix and where to re-structure in order to bring the consumers ‘in’ to that particular section of the store.
Also, nowadays, ROPO (Research Online, Purchase Offline) is on a hike, retailers rely on us to track “how their consumer’s shop”, moreover, they are interested in former than “what their consumers buy”.
