Reef Base: a global information system on coral reefs.

ReefBase provides information management services for the collection, storage, analysis, distribution, and application of coral reef data and information. We support conservation and management of coral reefs, ultimately to benefit poor people in developing countries whose livelihoods depend on these natural resources. This website provides free access to data, information, publications, literatures, photos, and maps, on the location, status, threats, monitoring, and management of coral reef resources.
