Summary: The SDM chromatographic kit is based on the specific immuno-chemical reactions between antigen and antibody. The testing procedures are simple. When add one drop of serum/meat juice sample into the sample collecting area, the sample will re-dissolve the monoclonal antibody-colloidal conjugate in five minutes. If the drug is absent in the sample, T and C lines will show on the membrane. As the concentration of SDM drug in the sample increases, the probability of the monoclonal antibody-colloidal conjugate binding to the protein coated on the membrane decreases, and therefore the color of T line will be lighter.
