My first degree is in business administration and I have a substantial track record covering over 20 years as a business exec in the individual treatment and medical care industries. Motivated by a profound desire for individual and professional evolution, I embarked on a transformative path, pursuing graduate research studies in psychology and I acquired a Graduate Certificate in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy. As part of my training, I have finished 700 hours of monitored practice with an integrative therapy approach. Presently, I am specializing as an existential psychotherapist at "Gignesthai", Hellenic Association of Existential Psychology which is a European accredited facility of education for psychotherapy.
