The Fermento Brewery is a start-up, whose purpose is to brew craft beer and to promote the brewing culture in Switzerland. As we are proud of the quality and taste of our locally produced beer, we also believe that its best pairing is with local and good quality food. The Fermento Amber Ale is the right match for your Apéro and convivial moments. We recommend to drink it with Swiss cheese (e.g. Gruyer and Bergkäse), salami and hams of fine quality. The aromas and flavors of its hops pair also very well with e.g. vegetarian and vegan food having soft and balanced spices.
