Fertility Awareness Center

The Fertility Awareness Center provides instruction in Fertility Awareness Method (FAM), a secular form of Natural Family Planning. We teach people how to practice FAM for birth control, pregnancy achievement, and for empowerment around their reproductive health and sexuality. Fertility Awareness is a system of body observation that tells a woman when she is fertile. FAM is NOT the Rhythm Method.
