First we ask you to describe your request. Then, you’ll either create a new account or sign into your existing account. Confirm your location and contact information, submit the request, and we will connect you to a local AV HERO. Once connected, you can contact your HERO over the phone to discuss details or just wait for them to arrive at your specified time. AV HERO charges a flat rate of $75/hour, with a 1-hour minimum, and you’ll always have the opportunity to approve everything before you pay.
