Contract CAD Services Inc. is a purpose driven corporation founded in 1997 by John Langston IV and Brandy Langston.
Our firm is located in Clearwater, Florida just minutes from the downtown core. We chose the Bay Area for its serenity and it’s proximity to one of the fastest growing markets in the United States.
Contract CAD Services Inc. is privately held and grown through initial investment, with pragmatic reinvestment of revenues and a well managed growth path. The company has no investors outside of the firm.

Future Endeavors:
Our future endeavors are to upgrade the company from primarily 2D Drafting to 3D Drafting. We are also participating in ministry opportunities with our local church and international mission organization TMA Ministries Inc.
More than half of our firm attends regularly our home church Calvary Chapel.
